I have been thinking of this for a while now, and I have finally finalised my decision. Three years ago, (when I joined) I tried to see Scratch as a learning platform, and I used it creatively, but I realised that after a while, it becomes very limiting. I no longer have time for even a tiny amount of scratching, and I don’t see what the point is in continuing, as I can program in Java, Python, and C (far less limiting and much more useful and dynamic than Scratch). Yes, this is goodbye, and I hope that all of you will become successful programmers and continue to innovate while I am gone. Scratch on!
