This is just a regular timer. To add time, click on the orange arrows. The arrows pointing up means add time, the arrows pointing down means delete some time. The arrows closer to the right add and subtract 10 seconds. The arrows closer to the left add and subtract 1 second. To start click the [Start] button. To stop click the [Stop] button. To reset click the green flag.
