Group: Stray Kids Mini Bio: (First part of this was not allowed by scratch??? sorry T-T) Chan leads this group, and is the reason why they exist. He makes sure all of the members are happy, safe, and comfortable. He also loves to talk to his fans, and tries to give advice on their problems, or just brighten their day. This has given him the nickname “Best Leader” from the fandom. Pg 2: What style of leadership he uses: He uses Democratic Leadership. He makes sure he has the consent of all members before making a decision. He writes a lot of the songs, but he makes sure the members are comfortable singing what he writes, and gives them options to help as well. He is like a free therapist too, since he is always willing to listen to problems, and tries to help as much as he can. If there is something that isn’t good, he will point it out (such as when the boss of the company they worked for tried to take two of the members out, he worked hard to get them back.). He also helps the members when they are struggling with something, or need help in general. Pg 3: Contribution to society: He is not only a singer, but a music producer (he makes a lot of the songs). He also loves to help people as much as he can, and enjoys talking to people.
