So, earlier yesterday in third period, (World Cultures) I was doing a WebQuest (we're learning about Asia), and the fire alarm goes off. Normally, I would be expecting it, because they let us know when fire drills are going to happen. Well, the fire alarm goes off and my teacher does not look calm. Everyone lines up at the door, and we quickly go out to the parking lot of the school. I was pretty sure it wasn't a drill, so I instinctively took my phone and texted my mom. As soon as I did that, a fire truck (with sirens going off) comes down the drive to my school. A few minutes later, we see a police car, and everyone starts to get really concerned. We stay outside for maybe 20 minutes before the firetruck leaves, and honks REALLY LOUDLY at us. We all cheer, but the police are still around, and the school is untouched. So in the end, I think it was some kid who pulled the fire alarm in an attempt to get sent home.
Edit: (October 15, 2023) Found out not too long ago, the was a small fire in the main art room. No one was harmed :)
