"My name is Greg Ward and I work as apart of the North Western Railway on the Island of Sodor. I work as the signalman near Elsebridge station. So far, life on the island is great. Now then, the story you are about to hear took place around 2 or 3 weeks ago during the beginning of Spring. With that being said, it all started when I was at home, looking through the internet because I didn't really have anything else to do at the time, when something caught my eye. It was a downloadable link for a MP4 file that is said to be footage of an engine, the author said in the description "This file was sent to me by an unknown Emailer and I couldn't figure out who the engine was in it. If any of you chaps can find out and tell me, I would appreciate it". I was confused, but also somewhat curious as to what the engine might look like. So, being the curious person I was, I clicked the link and the file downloaded. Once it was done downloading, I opened up the file to see what this engine could be. The video started playing, in it like the author said, stood an engine. For some reason though, the video was in black and white, I was curious as to what device it was recorded on, due to there being no tint of color, simply black and white. But anyhow, I started to look at the engine closely, it seemed to be a 2-6-0 Mogul with the letters LMS on it's 6 wheeled tender. But, from my knowledge, the LMS didn't make Moguls.....unless the engine was bought by the LMS and then painted into the railway's livery. Which is possible, since railways did do that sort of thing back in the days of the Big Four. I couldn't tell what color of the engine was, due to the stupid black and white filter. But, there were 2 things I notice about the video in general. The first I thing was, why would there be an LMS engine be in what seemed to look like NWR scenery? The other thing I notice was the background, in it, there was a black circle in the sky. Now, I don't know if it's the moon or the sun, it was just a black circle and nothing else. But anyways, after I reviewed the video myself, I decided to ask the station master, the crews and even Bertie's bus driver about it the next day. But, they all said that they never seen the engine before. Feeling defeated, I went back home and just sat down at my computer, still trying to figure the file's origins. But then, something caught my eye, something that I haven't notice before, the title of the file was called "NWR_HUGO". Wait, could that be the engine's name? Or was it the name of the author who shared the file? To this day, I still can't figure it out. But, I'm still searching for information on who this engine might be or where it could found. For the time being however, I guess I'll call the engine....Hugo."
