(press any key to continue) Characters (there is only 1 anyway): Oxycoccos - or Cos for short (any pronouns) Backstory (sorry that it is kinda long lol): Oxycoccos is part of a group of three, travelers from across the realms. The other two include Watercress and Astéri. Oxycoccos is agewise the middle of the three but by far the boldest. The three were vigilantes of sorts, seeking to free any land they set foot upon. They vowed to never hurt anyone without knowing they've done wrong to the lands and the inhabitants of it. However, their timing upon entering one of the lands (known as the Mountian) could not be worse. They arrived just before the balance of the Mountian was destroyed, plunging it into an eternal desert. The reigning species was subsequently evicted from the lands, allowing other species to regain control. The three attempted to leave but to no avail. They quickly grew restless, Oxycoccos itching for a challenge. Bold and playful, Oxycoccos was not afraid to challenge creatures much more powerful than her. He heard that the creatures of the Mountian's stars had many treasures. Knowing that Watercress wouldn't approve, Oxycoccos convinced Astéri to join her in attempting to steal the stars' treasure. They succeeded, Oxycoccos stealing the winged mask and flowers of the star. The mask had the ability to block the wearer from strong magical attacks, while the flowers served as sources of magical energy. Upon returning, Watercress was furious and reprimanded the two for their actions, having broken their vow. Watercress eventually left the two, ashamed at what they'd become. Oxycoccos assured Astéri that they had done no wrong. They have since been traveling the Mountian in search of an escape, pursued by the stars they stole from. Silly notes from me: The first image is of Oxycoccos right after stealing from the stars. The second is in the future- eventually, they decide to fight back against the stars, convinced she can take them. I like these drawings, I think! The colors of the two look different because I put an overlay on the first, while I did something different with the other. Also- the thing on her back is a backpack! I wasn't sure if it was meant to be an extension of the neck fluff or not but I thought it looked like a backpack, fitting because he's an explorer... you gotta keep your knacks somewhere!
