PERSONALITY: Sergei is...well weird, he has all these extremely random habits that he does, IE walking backwards, he is however, most of the time calm, however, he is somewhat forgetful at times, He is still a dark Pokemon at the end of the day, and he is still evil, but with the fact he is....a bit dumb, most of the time he isnt much of a threat. BACKSTORY: Sergei was born to his parents abandoning him, he made some "friends" and managed to live on his own however, he eventually became a hired assassin, working for people even if he is really...mediocre at his job and generally pretty strange. SPECIAL HYPNOSIS: Sergei's hypnosis can do other things, he can use his pendulum to hypnotize people, making them do stuff such as feel more powerful or obey him, while this ability could be devastating in the wrong hands, Sergei is pretty dumb, and since the hypnosis affects everyone INCLUDING him if he doesn't close his eyes or looks away, he also gets inflected. It is also pretty easy to dodge, as all you need to do is close your eyes or look away, He also screams P K POKEMON every time he uses it, it is unknown if he actually has to do it to activate it, or if he just does it for the cool points. Other: -Sergei's favorite color is purple -He LOVES dancing -Most people...think of him as weird -Knows Whipper, Whipper hates him -He wears a coat and hat, everyone thinks it looks kind of goofy but he wears it anyways.
