Some of you may remember Cyber Cursor. It has been a long time since I last made anything related to Cyber Cursor. So I'll just say this outright: Cyber Cursor has been retired. Here's why: I honestly feel that the whole thing is too similar to Sonic the Hedgehog. If you've seen any of the Cyber Cursor parallaxes, you'll find that three out of four of the parallaxes depict places that bear great similarities to existing Sonic zones. Grass Canyon = Green Hill Zone https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/432432558/ Neon Park = Casino Night Zone https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/465024287/ Sedimentary Chasm = Labyrinth Zone https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/469225077/ The only parallax that I couldn't connect to a particular zone was Mineshaft Mountain (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/439830684/) though that uses elements from Lost Labyrinth Zone (minecart), Mad Gear Zone (steam pipes?), and Lava Reef Zone (lava). The project where I announced my decision to sign up for SSS (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/471316288/) is the only mention of Viro, the main antagonist, on this Scratch account. He's even in the thumbnail, seen in a purple drone of his. Hmm...Viro reminds me of everyone's favorite fat doctor... Yeah, Viro is a carbon copy of Dr. Eggman. So there you have it. That's the reason why I retired the whole Cyber Cursor thing. He will be replaced by other game ideas that are more than just a carbon copy of a popular game series. See ya!
