I have multiple backstory ideas for her, I’ll try and fit them all in XD. Some things apply to one backstory than the other btw! She dedicated much more time to learning battle tactics after her ambush in backstory1. -She enjoys collecting and learning about flowers. She runs a small business of mainly flower accessory making and she has a shop set up on where she mainly sells flower perfumes. -Her favorite food is crocodile. Build/Appearance: She has a lithe build that is quite muscular. She has long fluff on her cheeks, chest, elbows, and back legs along with her thighs. She has a long muzzle with an average sized nose. She has golden colored eyes with vertical blue stripes that resemble waves flowing from under them that end at the bottom of each side, they do not connect. She also has these stripes on her legs that are horizontal. She has long ears that have golden colored skin on the inside and she has pure gold ear rings on her ears. She has large-ish paws that have squishy paw beans that are soft instead of rough and sharp long claws that she can partially sheathe and unsheathe. On the top of her head and lower legs she has yellow fins with a dark blue base. She has a large strong shark-like tail and a shark-like fin on her back (they have fireproof scales), both are dark blue. She has a soft blue undercoat and white fur and gills on the side of her chest and upper neck. Abilities: She can spray venom, She can inject venom through bites, able to flatten her frill things, able to sheathe and unsheathe her claws, she can hiss and roar, she can mimic animal sounds, She has biolumiscense in her dark blue parts (she can control it) Backstory1: She was the princess of a seadog kingdom. Her kingdom is not exactly in a war, but they have a strong dislike with the seabear kingdom. One day at a truce meeting she had fallen in love with the prince of the seabears after talking to him for awhile. Soon she had been starting to meet up with him despite her mother (the queen) forbidding it. Later on her parents had thought it had been a good idea for her to marry him to possibly end their feud with the bears. Later in the month she did. After their marriage the prince had been acting differently towards her. One day he asked her to meet him in a private room. She had agreed to and met him there. Once she had arrived he attacked her and attempted to k1ll her before she immediately swam away as fast as she could. She had managed to escape him in the dark deep part of the sea. She wandered warily through there, trying to find a way out as she was lost. She had soon come across a muscular sea-dog who uses They/Them pronouns. They talked as they guided her back to her palace. But on the way there, the prince had managed to find her scent and followed it for another ambush. Luckily with the new stranger they had managed to kill him off and then finally returned to the kingdom. The death of the prince was blamed on a predator and the stranger had helped her had managed to find a place in the kingdom as a battle trainer and he often is with Carina to give her lessons. (Graphic warning!) Backstory 2 (based off of Felandia, the Roblox game): She was born as a loner to a single mother in the lands of Felandia. Being a canid she was hated by many many many felids since any species of canine was supposed to be trouble. She was often told by her mother to stay in the water and keep out of a feline’s way whenever she could, only visiting the Solaris and Lunaris camp to purchase supplies from merchants. One day while her mother was out she starting getting an odd anxious feeling as she was out longer than she usually was. She knew something was wrong, her mother would never abandon her. She immediately set out from the den, her nose dragged along the muchly jungle floor. She ignored the hisses of snakes and the chirping of the tropical birds and kept her focus on her mothers scent.
Backstory 2 cont: And then… she found someone… it seemed to be in the shape of another seadog like her. As she walked over to it she felt like her heart was going to shatter as she realized it was her mother. Her mothers body was severely mauled and her maw was open wide as if she were releasing a silent cry and her eyes were glazed with exhaustion and- her eyes glazed with exhaustion and death. And then Carina noticed it… her mother’s stomach was cut wide open and she followed the trail of blood. She found the body of her unborn sister she had been exited to meet for months. She felt sick as if she were being tossed around ruthlessly like a rag doll. Her sister has multiple bite marks and her fins and tail were torn. Carina couldn’t help but sit there in shock, not being able to believe someone would do such a thing to this small of a pup. She dragged her mother and sister’s bodies to the sapphire valley and buried as deep as she could before putting them into the hole and covering it up. Before she left to go back home, she set down two flowers that matched her mother's eyes. When she arrived she laid down in her mothers bed silently, breathing in as much as her mother’s sweet scent as she could before it could drift away forever. Soon after she had drifted to sleep she heard something odd coming from a chest her mom kept something extremely valuable she had told Carina to never touch. But the weird groaning coming from it was too much to ignore. She decided to walk over to the chest and opens it cautiously. She reluctantly looked inside the chest and had seen a book. The book was dark purple with the words “Necromancy”. She gingerly picked up the book and she felt a wave of guilt was over her as she knew that her mother would most likely be displeased to know she had been messing with her valuable items right after her murder. She felt the book vibrate in her paws as she flipped through the pages. Her tail anxiously wrapped around her hind mitts as she remembered that Necromancy was a form of dark magic. If a Solaris cat had ever found out about her possession of this book she would be thrown in their jail immediately. She shuddered at the thought of the hot dark place with a pool of lava surrounding an odd statue. And the thought that creeped her out the most was remembering that it was inside an active volcano. She had come across a page that had the head title of “Speak with the dead”. She felt more exited knowing that speaking with her mother again could be possible with this book. She was about to read what seemed like gibberish and then follow up with her mother’s name. But before she could she heard scraping on the floor. She turned to where it came from and trotted over to the stone area that had a weird scent. “Anyone there?” She whimpered as her tail ducked between her legs. She heard rustling with the paint jars she had. When she turned over to them it seemed like the paint was floating over to her. She shook with trepidation as something invisible dipped it’s long finger and claws inside the white paint. The mysterious being then wrote something on the floor with the paint. It said something odd, and beneath it the creature wrote “say it”. Carina reluctantly said what was written. A few moments later something flashed into view. It was a small canid creature with hoofs on it’s hind mitts, dragon like wings, protruding fangs and claws along with pointy horns. “Thanks darlin’, the name’s Nyx.” He said as he gave her a sly grin. I’m (Still a WIP!). At some point i may write the whole thing in detail but imma summarize the rest of it XD: Nyx the lil bean teaches her dark magic, They become besties and Nyx protects and teaches her basic survival stuff, grows up a bit, epic battle with the cattos who ended joe mama, solaris cats find hints of the usage of dark magic, they find the deceased bodies of the evil cattos, they figure out that the murderer of the cattos use dark magic, they figure out that shes some sort of canine, she finds male sea-dog named Jake and dates him even tho Nyx is suspicious, RUH ROH jake betrays her and turns her in and now shes in jail (while Nyx is off and doing Nyx stuff), she breaks out of jail and then finds Nyx (and he angy), she goes out, finds a gf, then she uses dark magic to make dead ppl rise and stuff and attacks, her gf is sad and doesn’t know what to do since she is apart of Solaris, ruh roh they pin her down and tries to banish her, but they can’t cause she’s having her ex’s pups, so they curse her with blindness and send her away YAAAY :D, and now her gf is sad :c. Later she has her pups and is banished, leaving her gf to take care of them :D
