Removed all the unused FX. You're welcome, @wolther. I was honestly really bored, so I just removed the unused code blocks from this. There was a lot. (I just removed things that had either no uses or 1 use.) Still 90% Pen Still FPS Dependent Now only 3935 Blocks (Over 1000 blocks less.) Please don't report this.
