i was home alone the other day so y’know what i did? quads for nearly an hour B] anyways decided to film some my actual 4 months was like 3 days ago at the time of sharing this but besides the point click to go to next gif tips critique n stuff greatly appreciated 1. high jump 27” , so just over 2 feet. I can go a bit higher but this is about as high as i can jump comfortably. not much higher then my last project but i’m working on it ^^” 2. walking form has improved a lot. looking back at this video, i walked kind of weird in that clip. long leg struggles i guess smh 3. jumping form not much to say about this one, but i know this one’s improved a bunch 4. long jump (no gif) I reached 68” or about 5.6 feet. just shorter then i am tall xd idk what else to put here so yeah :) now that it’s warming up i hope to try some quads outside too !!
