Hi! Here are my Terms of Service and my boundaries. ocs tos - you cannot sell a design of mine, unless given permission and not overpriced. i will not let you profit off my work alone, especially not for an unreasonable price, please lmk when you are going to sell a design of mine, I may want it back ! - if you are selling any of my designs for money, please let me know how much!! please do not sell any of my designs for over £10! if it was up to me, i would give them away for £5 ; however, if you have commissioned artwork attached, you are welcome to extend the price; you are allowed to sell for £5 + some artwork, but you may never sell my designs for more than £5 points unless they have art - please do not heavily reference, trace, colorpick, or otherwise claim my designs, ty ! - old designs by me should not be priced as much as a more recent design by me bc the art and design quality is most likely better in my more recent designs - chibi and onbase designs by me cannot be sold for more than £3 points because the art quality is lesser than a full custom - no fighting over my designs!! im able to make more lol you dont need to fight over them - using a character before selling / trading them would mean a lot to me!! - if you redesign a design of mine, you must still give me design credit for the og design and you may not redesign it so the character is no longer recognizable - you may not steal or heavily reference any of my designs, if you do it will result in a blacklist - you may colorpick few colors off of any of my designs but id prefer you didnt and pls dont colorpick the entire palette <3 - if you are leaving, deleting all your characters or otherwise deleting any of my designs, please let me know and i will happily take them back - if i am doing a trade with you, you may NOT sell or trade my side away before you finish your side - you may not draw or commission inappropriate artwork with any of my designs - - - my art tos - - - - you may not profit off of my work :) - any art you receive by me should not be added to the profit of anything - i do not draw any innappropriate artwork - if you do not complete a trade with me please send something back in return or at least give me a valid excuse as it would be considered scamming if you do not have a valid excuse - i do not do requests unless i have clearly given you permission to ask me ( close friends and inspos only atm ) - do not draw any of my characters with inappropriate artwork - - - failure to follow these terms will result in a blacklist! - - - my blacklist is not public, however if you have any questions about it i'd be happy to answer them c: - - -
