This is a 30-minute-project. I started at school, during lunch, showed the art to my 4th grade class, and finished it in about twenty minutes at home this evening. I don't have all twenty possible answers, but the positive to negative to uncertain ratio is the same as the original. The answers are easy to change - the triangle is vector art, so just select the text to change it to whatever you want.
