PL-174 is a fanmade entity for the "PL" section. He will act as A-200 and V-27, but will be incredibly slow, but increasing in speed. He spawns 20 rooms ahead and slowly/fastly approaches. Here's the neat part, PL-174 will rebound once but incredibly slowly.
