Scratch, why u ruin the quality????? :( [B I O] • Mist is a hybrid between a legendary and an ancient koicat. • she/her, she/they or they/them Backstory— When mist was a young koicat, she couldn’t wait to become an apprentice and learn how to hunt and fight. Every day, she would sneak out of her den to watch the apprentices training. Mist would copy every battle move perfectly and would even sneak away from her clan camp to hunt at night. One dreadful year, there was a drought, there was no water and no food. Mist was still too young to become an apprentice and couldn’t help her clan by going out into the woods to find food. Some days later, the leader of her clan had discovered a small pond that contained fresh, clean water and fish, but the pond was at the border of their territory and another territory. If the other clan was suffering too and then discovered the pond, there would be a battle. Nearly two days later an alarm call echoed through the camp. Mist woke to see her leader exit the camp followed by almost every koicat that wasn’t nursing kits. Mist knew that the battle was starting and raced away from her den unnoticed. The distance from the clan camp to the pond was far, but she and the other koicats travelled fast over the hot, barren land. A battle cry screeched up ahead and mist sprinted as fast towards the pond as she could. Only then was she noticed by the rest of her clan, but it was too late to send her back to camp. mist had practiced her battle moves from almost the moment she was able to run and although the koicats from the other clan were bigger and stronger than her, they didn’t stand a chance against this tiny kit. Mist emerged victorious from the battle, unharmed besides a single scar across her right eye. She confirmed that her clan would survive this drought.
