HI LADIES <3 I know a lot of people in real life and online that struggle so much with finding good routines, mindsets and etc. that help them better themselves, soooo I'm here to help babes :) GETTING IN THE HABIT? NOPE, GETTING OUT OF THE HABIT it looks so easy for others right but it isn't, they say "just get in the habit" but that doesn't really help get rid of the bad ones so lets start. 1. it is practically impossible to just simply break a habit, it's called a habit for a reason 2. try easing into the habit, if you wanna start drinking more water, drink a little each day then add more as you go further on. it helps so much <3 3. try recognizing all of your bad habits, right them on a piece of paper/remember them or have the paper w/ u and anytime you catch yourself doing those things, stop yourself and do the right thing to do, for instance biting nails? once you notice your doing it, put the hands down ROUTINES --> depending on your schedule, wakeup time and more, it varies between what you should do throughout the day! 1. if its anything like my scheduele for school, I always have to wake up at 5am so really there's not much in the routine section but feel free to drop your week routine and we can talk :) MINDSET, GET OUTTA HERE W/ BAD VIBES mindsets can be rlly hard to break, believe me I know how bad it is when your mind vere's towards body, personality or self negativity. particular mindsets need different ways on how to fix/help them turn into better thoughts. BODY MINDSET it may sound cheesy but it helps. stare at your self in the mirror and admire yourself, set a timer for a few minutes and say in your head, I am beautiful inside and out, even if you don't think it, soon enough you will.(P.S. subliminal work so well! look up 'body positivity subliminal' on yt, they work!) please vent if you want in the comments, so many people out there are self councious and if you feel your gonna c0mm1t or if you have an ED, its not a joke and feel free to talk! MENTAL FILTERING mental filtering is basically when a person takes out all of the positive things that happened and only think about the negative traits, making life seem worse than it is, instead of appreciating any of the good. examples could be like someone won the lottery and then they lost their car keys, they would only focus on the fact they lost their keys. journaling can be really beneficial in these cases, if you jot down both positive and negative aspects of your day and look back at it, it could help you notice the good things that happen :) WORKOUTS JUST CUZ abs legs arms 50 crunches 50 squats 50 shoulder taps 50 bicycles 30 leg raises 50 arm circles 1m plank 50 mountain climbers 1m plank 40 hip dips 2m glute bridge plank knee-elbow 50 russian twists 30 sumo squats 10 push-ups
