Ganju has been familiar to this hellhole for a couple of years but continues not to argue, or she’ll no longer be a qualified magical girl. yet, she’s still a student so she can’t always be there when she has to. she has had to give up after school activities in order to fulfill her duties as one of the magical girls. basketball games are a waste of time when you could’ve been patrolling the streets for any bad signs, right ? right. she’s failing some of her classes because of her occupation, having to skip doing the homework and instead fighting crime. most of her teachers are not on Ganju’s good side, which makes sense with the context given. Ganju is quite a famous magical girl, being one of the youngest magical girls in her century. the concept of a real magical is still fairly new, so there arent many magical girls flying around and training for the crime they are put up against, therefore there are only a few places that help train the girls. she’s an only child, so her parents can afford the training and equipment. her school life is fairly simple, she’s seen as a pretty beloved person due to her job, yet a few people despise her, and want to do things that could ultimately end her life.. it’s just political views though, and Ganju could easily kick their azzes if they tried to lay a finger on her realizes part of the backstory makes no snese
