I yanked the controller out of my younger brother’s hands. Why did he alway have to get into my stuff? He started crying but I ignored him. “You have to stop touching my stuff! Leave my room!” I snap at him, eyes on my game. Supersmash Bros, the best video game there was! My twin sister glared at me through her glasses. “What?” I ask. She rolls her eyes as she continues to destroy my character. “You have to stop yelling at him all the time! Maybe hang out with him for a little bit,” my sister criticizes, “I hang out with him once a day for half an hour, and he hasn’t tried to get my attention at all. Don’t you think he deserves his older brother to spend some time with him?” Now it was my turn to roll my eyes. Did she really think she was the boss of me? I groan as she wins. Her usual ‘I’ve just won’ smile hung on her face. She leaped out of the bean bag chair and trots out the door. A few seconds later she pops her head in. “Mom says she needs to talk to us. Fast!” She tells me, rushing down the stairs. There was worry in her voice. I follow her down the stairs, and I can see my mom crying. The news shocked me, bringing tears to my eyes. I looked at the note my brother had wrote(He was a good speller for second grade!): Dear Chase, I feel I am un-wanted. Seeing you don’t want me here, I have decided to run away. I hope you find yourself in happier days. Love, Brandon My mom told me the second news, and this time I was ashamed of myself for ignoring my brother. He was hit by a car. And now my little brother was gone.
