Coins have different values, but when picked up, there is a higher chance they will be worth less than before (2-3 ratio) and may appear less frequently with one already on the screen. There are three different levels and the shop is in progress. If you bought an upgrade but you are still mining slowly, it is most likely because the game is lagging. Please report glitches/exploits/bugs in the comments.
