The Moche was a very surreal vehicle with around 20 units produced in existence. "Moche" means "Ugly" in French, and the Fou designers liked that because the original designer of the van did not like it at all and attempted to scrap it but another field of the Fou team asked if they could have the design and the original designer agreed. After producing 20 units, Fou realized that they are spending so much of their budget on the various types of metals to get that colorful paint job so they decided to cut production there and list all 20 Vans up at auction. Each of these vans sold for around $180,000 each and were said to be extremely rare. Most of the people who bought them were car collectors who wanted a very limited piece in their collection. That is the story of the Fou Moche.
