These are my super buttery and delicious shortbread cookies! They are sweet, buttery, and instantly melt in your mouth. The amazing part is that there are only 3 ingredients! Flour, sugar, and butter. They are super easy to make at home and are absolutely the bomb.com. They are shaped like Mickey Mouse because I absolutely love Mickey mouse! You can top these with fruit, icing, frosting, buttercream, whipped cream, and much more! I personally like them with strawberries, my favorite fruit. In addition to yummines, they are definitely spring approved! They make perfect fit for any spring snack as when I think of spring, I thinks of cookies! Well yeah, thats it. Hope it counts!
