I imagine that he got the way he is as a result of science experiments that tested how plausible it would be for cyborgs to exist and survive. The lil guy eventually went insane. (also, sorry that the robot neck looks much shorter than it's supposed to be, I tried to make it look like it was all folded up but I needed the neck to be of a relatively normal length for the coding to work without me basically having to rewrite it all) ~ Coding was mostly done by @staticgerbil_g1 and @Uni_the_Temmie (I edited things but the coding was mostly done by those two, Uni's coding went into the first half and Staticgerbil's coding went into the second half) ~ I got the static effect from @DerpSterio ~ Art was done by me
