The oblivious baby chicks follow close behind the idolized parent no matter what. The one who strays from the path in the presence of danger is ostracized and slandered. Thinking independently is frowned upon. The clueless chicks won't realize they idolized the wrong person until it's too late. They shouldn't have idolized anybody. It would all be fine if everyone, and not just these baby chicks, could think for themselves.
