Wall sits for 1-2 minutes 4. wall push ups (10) 5. proper push ups but I can’t really do more than 3 lmao so I’m working on it 6. jumping squats (20) basically u squat and then jump and squat 7. low squats (10) k I forgot the actual name of it but basically you squat and then halfway through going back up , you squat again and it hurts so bad but worth it . 8. donkey kickback to fire hydrant 9. Kneeling squat 10. SL glute Bridge 11. Straight leg 12. Side lying abduction 13. Grab walk (a type of squat) 14. Pulsing squat
