hi! no h8 intended in this article, let's begin! <3 (sorry for another post two days in a row, this was kinda urgent news) Recently, NMIXX has been doing their world tour (how exciting, i think it'd their first world tour maybe? i could be wrong though haha) and recently, a video has been going viral where a baby can be seen (yes, a STRAIGHT UP 0-2 year old) was brought up to the barricade, (in case you're wondering, the barricade is there to protect the idols from getting things thrown at by fans) and the parental figure (i believe it was the mom) put the baby on the stage. I'd like to mention that from an angle in a video i saw, the baby literally slipped and slightly fell- so kyujin, a 16 year old who is more responsible than the baby's own mother picked up the baby and gave it back to it's mother. i don't even know how the baby passed security. did the mom even buy it a ticket?? concerts are not a safe environment for babies. there's more than likely creeps there that could sweep up your 8 pound baby and do something with it- not to mention it's going to be loud. people are screaming, loud music is playing, members are talking and singing- and the baby wasn't even wearing anything to protect its fragile and delicate ear drums. like this situation was wrong on so many levels. respect to kyujin who handled the situation so professionally though, like good job! but if i think about it, most people have children when they're adults. this adult was so obsessed to see this minor (16 years of age) that they sacrificed their baby- it's honestly so insane. some people called out the mother saying it was dangerous and then there's people like, "oh my goodness that baby is an NSWER from day 1" "it's so cute" etc. like do they not care that the infant could've potentially gotten hurt?? i sincerely hope that people don't start throwing their children on stage-- first of all that's incredibly irresponsible and selfish of the parent, what if someone takes the baby before the idol can? and you could tell that kyunjin was panicked and didn't know what to do. please have more respect and consideration for idols and those around you. i'm glad that the baby wound up safe and this situation didn't end up as a catastrophe though. :) (also do yall think i should add audio of me reading this as a podcast type thingy? lemme know <33)
