I FINALLY FINISHED!!!!! I have been working on this forever but then gave up because I got stuck but I got help!!! Sooooo when you get to 505 tickets hover over the scratch Cat to get the option to buy it. Also important, when you get to the spotlight area after you buy the stamp, click the beginning letter of the stamp on your keyboard to activate it. (j, t, r, s)
