So basically this was animated in Google Slides, and using talltweets.com, I was able to turn that google slides animation, into a GIF!!!! After that, I just inserted the GIF into the editor, turned all 72 frames into Vector form, and made it use the next costume...
The voice acting was, of course, me! I made the animation! :) I really just wanted to see if you could take your google slides animations, and use them in Scratch! (you can!!!) TURBOMODE DOES WORK WITH THIS PROJECT!
