>> Click the character (Smile) to play the clip! << Here's the audio file "wwww.wav" from version 0.15 of .flow, a version released on July 18, 2011 according to http://dotflow.wikidot.com. Became a meme in the .flow community and *might* be the inspiration for Deltarune's "potassium" joke—more info in Notes and Credits!
Uploading this here because... well, it's easily accessible in the .flow files in an old version, but I can't find it directly uploaded... well, anywhere on the Internet. I'm sure it's there, but I couldn't find it. No idea who made this sound, but I'm gonna assume it was lol/lolrust, since that's who created .flow (aka dotflow), a yume nikki fangame that this sound comes from. The character here is my low-quality trackpad rendition of Smile from .flow, and the background is my low-quality trackpad rendition of Smile's house in .flow. This sound sparked a meme in the .flow community, because while it's believed to say something like "you're a sick girl, but I'll see you again," due to the thick accent, people heard it as things like "you sing girl, potassium onion," leading them to associate Smile with bananas for a while. Because... potassium. Now, you may be thinking, "but isn't potassium a Deltarune meme?" Well, that's the interesting part (and the thing that taught me about this meme): it's not unreasonable to think that Toby Fox may have included the "potassium" joke as a nod to .flow. After all, he's definitely a Yume Nikki fan, and .flow isn't too much of a stretch, being one of the oldest and most popular Yume Nikki fangames. (Don't play it unless you can handle 8-bit horror, including mass body horror and various other dark themes, though! Other places on the internet can probably tell you what TWs/CWs .flow has in better detail than I can.)
