The dots and dashes on its arm/leg bands are lights that it uses to communicate in Morse code. PS: the dots and dashes above and below the small light on its chest spell out "on" and "off". The green shapes forming its eye and filling the shape of its tail are 1's and 0's, Scratch ruined them :'( This is HAC3R, a High-tech Animal Cyborg model 3 Robot. HAC3R is an example of an experimental line of technology that people have been working on for years. The first 2 models went haywire, with one exploding when it tried to communicate in Morse code, and the other attacking its creators. But there seems to be nothing wrong with Model 3, and HAC3R is the perfect example of this.
