A specialized element within the 65th Coruscant Guard, the Fugitive Tracking Team, also known as the Coruscant Guard K9 Unit or the Coruscant Guard Massiff Unit, was created for two purposes: to track down escaped fugitives and convicts from the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center, and be used as special investigators and bomb/spice sniffers for criminal activity.
