(WARNING: Spoilers for New Dragon City ahead!!!) So I read multiple books at once. I'm still mainly trying to focus on Piercing the Veil, but I have to finish these library books and one of my friends is moving so I need to give her her other book back before that happens. Anyways thought I would get this out of the way before continuing. Now to the subject at hand. I really liked this book overall. The plot was amazing and even tho I wasn't really able to get ships in it I still found it to be an awesome book! I love the idea of the apocalypses being dragons instead of zombies or something but still having the dragons be not bad. Just very creative. Let's talk about some of the characters. Let's start with the main character, Noah. I found him to be a good character. I feel so bad for what he had to go through but so happy with how his story ended. I'm glad he was able to make peace between them all. I don't ship him with anyone I mostly just see him and Maya as good friends. Maya. She's cool. Didn't see her much but she's cool. I wish I could have seen her reaction to the dragons and humans being at peace. Asha. Love the wonderful bby girl. She's so sweet and wholesome. She did a great job being queen at such a young age! Glad she got to help bring the dragons and humans to peace too. I loved her and Noah's first conversation. Noah's dad. Don't we all kind of have someone like this in our lives? Someone who cares but won't always see the other side of things? I mean his dad's a good character too. I don't hate him, he was doing what he thought was best so I'm not mad at him. Just wish he could have seen sooner. He was a great dad. Noah's mom. Love her too. Not much to say. Hmm that's about it I can really say anything about. It's just one book, but I still loved it. It was kind of short too. (By my standards.) Still great book.
