Bulletin- EAS activation requested The Federation Meterological Service in Southpaw District, has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the following counties: West Angeles, in Ryoba Prefecture, the Highlands in Northwest Ryoba Prefecture, and Brookhaven County, in Southwest Ryoba Prefecture. At 3:24 PM, doppler radar estimates 3 to 4 inches of rain has occured over the past three hours. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce 1 to 2 inches of rain in the next 3 hours. Recent heavy rainfall has caused water levels to rise at nearby rivers at these locations: Redcliff in Northwestern Ryoba Prefecture, Stuttgart in Northwestern Ryoba Prefecture. Major flooding is forecast. Precautionary/preparedness actions: Most flood deaths occur in automobiles. Never drive your vehicle where the water covers the roadway. Floodwaters are often deeper than they appear. Just one foot of flowing water is enough to sweep vehicles off the road. When encountering flooded roads, make the smart choice.
