Unlike their warrior brethren, the position of a medicine cat involves healing and care, using knowledge passed down through the generations to treat sickness, heal injuries, and mend broken bones. They also can communicate with their warrior ancestors, who can deliver warnings, advice, and prophecies to them in the form of dreams. A medicine cat has a special connection to StarClan no other cat can even dream of, aside from the clan leaders.
