Here's a bit of a random project. Feel free to use this in projects, just credit me! I put in 3 different shades so you can see how it would look with different backgrounds. I don't have all of the flags on here, but I have 14 of them. Sorry I didn't do the updated rainbow flag! I tried, but this was a project that I wanted to finish quickly. This cursor is beginner-friendly. If you are a beginner on Scratch and you want to tweak the cursor trail, there are comments inside the project explaining what to do to tweak this.
