Instigation but Entity and Kyofusho sing it. it is called Demons and Hosts because ??? is a demon and Kyofusho and Kai are host, sorta Ok ima be real it is call demons and host because Kai was originally the Entity that affects all whom it wants depending on what they can do and how useful they are and ??? where both present and Kyofusho was a host, and that got changed in the final product so i hope this makes sense.
