couldnt find any good music for it sorry :sob: --------------------------------------- I thought this was kinda weird when watching smallant and nintendo black crisis play through the game- I just thought I would point it out and present a plausible theory! im by no means a theorist (however i am pretty well-versed in my lore), so take this with a grain of salt. i dont expect this to ever be explained by nintendo sadly, since BoTW and ToTK are likely attempts by them to try and 'reboot' the timeline. --------------------------------------- A few other things that i feel should be pointed out- + While it is suspicious that the Sage of Light from TOTK is named the exact same thing as the Sage of Light from OoT, I believe this is merely a reference from nintendo. There is no in game reason or way that the Zonai could have known about the previous Sage of Light Rauru. + It is highly strange that the name that Rauru and Sonia chose for the kingdom just so happened to be Hyrule, which is the name that the land has historically been known as. While again, there is no way the Zonai could have known this, I'm choosing not to chock it up to coincidence like the name Rauru, simply because the name or word Hyrule must have at least existed prior to the kingdom's second creation, as Rauru seems to be a Zonai-esc name, however Hyrule does not. Furthurmore, in Skyward Sword, hylians were only known as Humans, and Hyrule was named after Hylia, which the hylians were then named after. However in TOTK, Sonia is refered to as a Hylian, not a Human. + What I mean by "simple physics" is just that it is physically impossible for 2 incarnations of the same person to exist more than once in a given time in zelda, especially not one with the same soul, and ESPECIALLY especially not one who is bound by demise's curse. It is impossible for 2 different Ganondorfs to exist at the same time. (at least not without time travel shenanigans, but Ganon never uses that soooo) + Hyrule castle has not always been in the direct center of the map. It often is, but not all the time. In OoT and Minish Cap for example, the castle is much farther-back than it is normally. There would be no way to move the sealed Ganon into the new castle grounds, and it would be far too impractical to just leave him there, however there does not seem to be any guarding around the area where he would be (Lon lon ranch/top right castle town area respectively). This then suggests that he simply is not there. + The Rito were already present in Rauru's time, judging by the fact that the Sage of the Wind exists. Considering that the only timeline in which Rito are present within the game and given an explanation is the adult timeline (In which the royal family is already present), if the game falls under any other timeline, the Rito must have evolved sometime between the last game in the timeline and Rauru's time. + The Gorons, up until just before OoT, were a nomadic race who had no defined home. Considering that the sage of fire talks about the "goron people" and the fire temple is inside of death mountain (showing that it had to have been built by someone, and based on the fact that it is a blend of zonai and goron architecture, many people, which then suggests that the gorons already had a settlement in the area), it suggests that they are no longer a nomadic people, which means that the time of Rauru HAS to at least come after Minish Cap, but in Minish Cap, a royal family is already present.
