this is not really the "ultimate battle" I just wanted people to look at it. using my brilliance I simply put the circle target and decoy against each other to see who would REALLY win. I also made them look super and put a remix of live and learn in space to make it more epic.
@HyperSonic777 for live and learn remix and inspiration to put the background with it and SEGA for live and learn and super forms (sega kinda ripped forms from DBZ though so credit to them I guess) and credit to @DancingBoi and @Purpolay for circle target and decoy and CAPCOM for you know what and me for everything else.
