Finding Your Inner Dragon. This is my Mindfulness series were I create mindfulness routines for people to enjoy. Most of these will be orientated around the natural world and are best when done in an outside area, howevet, all of them our possible to do indoors.This is the first episode of the first series which focusses on the basics of mindfulness. Please note that I am not a proffesional and am not an expert on mindfulness, this is not proffesionaly done. The image for these mindfulness serieses is a dragon due to the chineese dragon representing strength and health. Both of which mindfulness helps with. How these series work is that you press the green flag to start and listen to my instructions. Try to follow along and focus on me and your natural surroundings.
