英文版: Fossil fuels -- coal, oil and natural gas -- are by far the biggest contributor to global climate change, accounting for more than 75 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions and nearly 90 percent of all carbon dioxide emissions. The emitted greenhouse gases wrap the Earth and trap heat from the sun, causing global warming and climate change. The rate of global warming is now faster than at any time on record. Warming temperatures are changing weather patterns over time, disrupting nature's normal balance.
