This is Glitch. He is a sentient computer virus. Sometimes glitch has these moments where he glitches out (that weird smiley face with the squiggle lines). But also, very rarely, he tends to go corrupt and totally lose it (when he becomes rainbow and stuff). He has a best friend Blob who gives him emotional support so he doesn't glitch out as often :)
