Just Study The Phonetic Alphabet is used in the military, and there are multiple versions. This is the NATO version, if you are interested. The Phonetic Alphabet is also useful for walkie-talkies and just calling in general because the words have a specific sound to them that is easily differentiated from others. *For example, "dog" over the phone sound like "tog," so you can say D, as in Delta if someone asks what you are saying, and almost all of the time, (speaking from experience) they know what you are talking about. *Made this entirely from memory.
My dad, for teaching me the Phonetic Alphabet.
