How I Got This Number From That Funny Shape On The Right. Here Is What Is Did: First I Drew A Circle Then I Made Some Numbers So I Could Find The Area Of That Circle Then I Calculated The Area Of The Circle (It Was 113) Then I Drew A Triangle Over The Circle I Made Some Numbers To Calculate The Area Of The Triangle I Found The Area Of The Triangle (It Was 28) I Decided To Make It All One Object/Shape So I Made It So That Everywhere The Circle Is Overlapping The Triangle The Triangle Would Not Add Any Extra Area In That Spot I Made An Estimate That The Triangle Was Overlapping Half Of The Circle I Divided The Area Of The Circle By 2 (It Was 56.5) Then I Subtracted The Area Of The Triangle From The Area Of Half The Circle (It Ended Up As 28.5) Then I Added The Remaining Area Of The Triangle (28.5) To The Area Of The Circle (113) And I Got 142.5! Makes Perfect Sense Right?
