Press E to shoot forcefield bones at where you click. When your meter above your character goes all the way, you fire 3 stronger versions of the forcefield bones. Insanity San's attacks Bone throw - Throws a bone at the player, not much to say except it gets stronger at phase 2 and 3. Slash - A fast slash that insta-kills on touch. Dodge it! Blaster - Just like a Gaster blaster but stronger. PHASE 2 Axe - Just like bone throw but slower and stronger Chung - A giant blaster above Insanity that always looks at the player. It stops a bit before firing, so use that time gap to run from its path! PHASE 3 Insanity Sans gets enraged and goes faster and uses attacks more often, but he's also very weak at this point.
