This is Amethyst, she is 17. She works at a Carnival with really fun people! Amethyst is an acrobatic preformer. Every night she would look up at the stars and wish she could go out there. One day, she found a small hand-held telescope that someone accidently left. Instead of returning it, she kept it and peaked out of the curtains and looked at the stars. One night she couldn't help it anymore, and snuck out to see the whole sky. She did this for a really long time, until the Ringmaster found out. She was really mad at Amethyst, and told her if she continued, she'd be fired. Amethyst, with nowhere else to go, was really sad. She didn't want to break the rules and so she stopped... for a while. Being outside was her only freedom and so she continued to for much shorter time and not every night. Amethyst was always confused why The Ringmaster was so adamant about never leaving, but Amethyst was one day when she was out star gazing and heard screaming. It was the latest she'd been out, and The Ringmaster was dragging out one of her friends... her friend was begging The Ringmaster to not do it, but suddenly The Ringmaster threw pink magic at her friend, and her friend starting writhing in pain.
