➤ Username Hello there! My username is @Boneaid, but you can contact me on other accounts, such as @Glortyporty. ➤ Nickname My actual name is Chey, and my nickname is Monika! But I know you’re looking for the name I’m best known as, and that’s of course Chey, haha. ➤ Pronouns I use she/they/he pronouns (in order of preference, but I don't mind much either way). ➤ How long I've been a part of TFCRP I've been on Scratch for over 6 years on my old account, so it makes sense that I've been observing TFCRP for a long time. Like, since Furstar was around as Furstream (I was genuinely sad when I checked back in 2020 and saw she wasn't there anymore). I've also been observing TFCRP throughout Otterstar's life, as Pounce is a close friend of mine, and they have taught me so much. Through this observation, I had learned a lot of things about TFCRP. Its rules, history and more. But I assume you're looking for when I joined with a character, and that was around the same time I made this account, about 9 months ago. Ever since I joined, I have been invested in everything about our wonderful RP. ➤ Characters My current characters are Glorydune and Rune. I’d recommend reading on and learning a bit about Glorydune, as his section relates quite heavily to RiverClan, but you’re free to skip past this. Glorydune is the medicine cat of WindClan. He is 30 moons old, the mate of Entanglefjord, and soon to be father to 4 kits. He originally lived in RiverClan, but for a number of reasons he felt that was not his place, and turned against his former Clan. Despite his hatred, it turns out the RiverClan border is the place he spends most of his time in. It makes sense, he desperately wants to keep RiverClanners out, to keep his Clan safe. But unsurprisingly, amongst this passion is a hint of longing. Even he can admit that the territory is beautiful, and he misses his family. He still spends time with his grandpa, and he deeply respects the elders from RiverClan. More than anything, he doesn’t want his loved ones to be hurt. I'm incredibly grateful for the amount of art (and support in general) he has received. If you'd like, you can check admire some amazing artists here toyhou.se/17941324.glorydune/gallery but if you can't access th, you can find most of that art here I know it might seem odd to apply when I roleplay a cat who feels this way about RiverClan, but his feelings aren’t the same as my own. RiverClan was my first Clan, and I have always found it stunning. ➤ Experience I think I have a lot of experience that could translate to the role of admin helper. For starters, I roleplay a TFCRP medicine cat. I have managed the role, including who will become medicine apprentice and when, while joining many healing RPs with my Clanmates. I have also made a very in depth training guide that will be released soon! Otherwise, I have run and admined many RPs in the past. A lot of them were set on Chaos, and I’d love to tell you all about them! There are also some Scratch RPs I managed in the past. I’m less inclined to tell you what they are, I was very young at the time of running them, but that shows how far back my experience goes. I’m also taking advanced classes in mathematics, chemistry and art, so I’m used to undergoing the stress that comes with responsibility. ➤ Activity Activity is a bit of a nuanced thing, at least for me. In terms of in-RP activity, I might have some ups and downs (but I have been getting better lately!). I often struggle to respond to RPs due to fatigue, because it requires a lot more energy than replying to anything else. I feel I should be honest about this so you can get to know me. Even though I think of myself as a good candidate, I’m not perfect in every way and I shouldn’t claim to be. But despite my fatigue, I try my best to respond, and I’m so grateful that I can RP with the incredible TFCRP community. Even when I can’t RP, I still invest time into building relationships for my character and bonding with the community. That’s a good segue into the next aspect of my activity. I’m very active out of RP. I mean, I had the second most messages in the old TFCRP server, haha. I constantly check the Clan studios, I love reading what everyone has to say, regardless of what Clan they’re a part of. This gives me the opportunity to join in on fun trends, and stay up to date with recent events. Everyone is free to have a chat with me, and I try to get back as soon as I can. I really enjoy discussing ideas with people or giving them advice when they need it, so don’t hold back! To properly answer your question, I usually vary from a 4/10 to 7/10 in-RP (can certainly be higher if I’m motivated), and out of RP my activity is about 10/10. (Continued in notes and credits)
I promise that if I receive the position of admin helper, I will be active in performing my duties. ➤ Why I should be RiverClan admin helper I’m not entirely sure where to start with this section, there’s so much to address. Perhaps I should start with the simpler things. I check the Council o’ Wisdom every day. The admins do a wonderful job at answering questions, but I’ve always wanted to help out. I find it genuinely fun to answer questions like this and help people figure things out, so I’d love to aid the often busy admins with their work. This applies to accepting bios, too! I’ve already helped Clan leaders name cats, and it’s such a great feeling to see them use that name. Managing allegiances and helping keep the Clan up to date is something I’m very interested in! Of course I understand that in doing these jobs you can come across inconveniences, but the positives outweigh the negatives in my eyes— and it’ll be really satisfying when all of the questions have been answered, and all bios have been accepted. Not to brag, but I have a rather sharp memory, and I think I know TFCRP pretty well by now. As I said before, I check Council o’ Wisdom every day, and I’ve certainly gained a lot of knowledge from that. I understand TFCRP families and I regularly scroll through the Furstar family tree. I also know a lot of ways people have broken the rules, why rules had been made, and general TFCRP trivia. I’m really passionate about TFCRP if you couldn’t tell. I love being knowledgeable in these areas so I can explain things to others, or even just to tell them something funny from TFCRP’s history. I can think of a few times when I’ve told admins (more precisely former admins or admin helpers, I don't talk to the current team as much as I should) or well regarded RPers something they didn’t know, even facts relating to their area of expertise! I’m proud to teach people something new, and I love learning myself. Don’t worry, I can do more than brag. Let’s move onto something I’m even more passionate about. Listening to what the people want for TFCRP. It’s a community after all, so really the least I could do is listen and think about what everyone’s saying. I know the admins are busy, and there isn’t enough time to implement everyone’s ideas, but I personally want to try my hardest to make new things possible, and make everyone’s RPing experience more enjoyable. I regularly speak with my fellow TFCRPers, and I would like to strengthen the bond between the admin team and the rest of the community. I also have a focus on fairness and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. In some aspects, I believe change would be a great thing. Now seems like the perfect time to enact this change, as the leadership is going through a sudden shift. We need to embrace these new things, just as we would embrace new people joining our RP, or people who are confused about TFCRP things. More than anything, I want to maintain TFCRP as a safe space for people to spread kindness and have fun. I’ve wanted to be an admin ever since I initially joined TFCRP, for all of these reasons. I’ve very much enjoyed every conversation I’ve had on the High Ranks server where I am able to have my voice heard, and I want to continue to participate in discussion like that. Off topic, but this is the perfect place to note that since I live in Australia, I have the useful ability to be online when many others aren’t. This means people won’t need to wait as long to receive help if I’m an admin helper, and I’ll be there to deal with any late night drama or misunderstandings that may arise. I know the RiverClan admin team has had a few Australians, and that’ll also make it easier to communicate with them! ➤ Three things I like about RiverClan and TFCRP as a whole Only three things, for something that has been so important in my life? That’s easy! I love the oases of RiverClan. This seems like such a simple thing, but it’s really a beautiful aspect of the Clan, and it inspired me to travel to the Australian outback and see the salt lakes. It was amazing there, and it really puts into perspective how amazing it would be to live in a territory like that. RiverClan’s map is also stunningly well made and detailed. I want to explore all of these places myself, and it provides so many fun RPing opportunities. I love the cats. In all of TFC, but especially RiverClan. I heard all about these wonderful cats and their relationships from Pounce, and when I had the opportunity to be part of the Clan, I had an amazing time RPing with them. I honestly miss it a lot, I often reminisce over Glorydune’s old interactions, and he does too! Both of us had a soft spot for beloved cats like Nettlehaze or Otterstar. RiverClan really has a lot of iconic cats. (Continued in comments)
