World Tension: 56% You may be denied certain nations if I'm not sure of your RP ability Rules - 1. Be realistic with numbers, you can't instantly draft 120,000 men and expect a well-equipped army. Check your stats frequently. 2. You can not declare war if your war support is lower than 25% 3. You may not rebel in a nation unless the nation's stability is lower than 35%. Exceptions apply if the roleplayer allows you to rebel. The lower the stability, the stronger your rebellion will be. 4. You may not give aid through lend-lease if your war support is lower than 5%. 5. If your stability drops below 5%, the AI will rebel in your territory. Same thing if your war exhaustion exceeds 85% 6. Use of alts is prohibited. 7. Unions of up to two member states are allowed. (with exceptions) 8. Providing justification before you declare war will slow down war exhaustion and give you positive buffers. 9. Economic and Military levels max out at 10. 10. You can't suddenly change your government, it has to be over a certain period of time or you run the risk of rebellion, if you want it to go faster you can do it with civil war. 11. You can't make a landing until you gain naval supremacy in a region, ask me and I will tell you if you have gained it yet. 12. World Tension affects your war support, the higher the world tension is, the higher your war support is. 13. Detailed rping, economic/military levels, and war support are all factors in determining who wins the battle. 14. Your movement must have at least 50% support before you can rebel, the higher your support the stronger your rebellion will be. 15. If you become inactive, your nation will be given away to someone else
