I have made this project to one, raise awareness of the @9Rainbowtails and @Rizardon1000 hack cases and two, to share my idea on protecting people against being hacked. Sorry if this is hard to follow XD! My idea is that, when someone, say @Waterspout101, my alt, is signing in, to sign in, Scratch sends an email to the registered mail address saying new device signing in, confirm to allow sign in, and only once I press "Confirm," it allows me to sign in. Once I press "Confirm," it trusts that device unless you want to forget that device. If I wanted to sign in on a different device, say my iPad, it would send another conformation email. This way, it would protect against hackers.
