You can tell by the cat sprite that this was from the older version of Scratch but when you go inside the code the blocks look normal. That is because you are using Scratch 3.0 to see this project even if it was made in 1.4
I downloaded scratch 1.4 on my computer and it is actually pretty cool. I find it even better than scratch 2.0. The stage is on the right in 1.0 but on the left in 2.0. It has some features that we don't even have in scratch 3.0. Like the help button that helps you if you don't know what a block does. All I'm saying is that it is really cool.
