If you have not read "The Hunger Games" you might not know who Cato is. Cato is the leader of the career pack. The career pack is a group of kids that train for the games which is not aloud. At the end of the book it describes him as a chunk of raw meat after he is attacked by mutein mutts. I do recommend reading the books, they are really good.
