Cain (Ȼ) is the currency of the Union of Catonyese Socialist States. In exchange value 1 SGC (Scratch Global Currency, which is worth 4 USD) is worth 4 Cain. Each 1 Cain is divided into 100 Malencain. There are coins for 10, 25, and 50 Malencain, general bills for 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 Cain, and special purpose bills for 2000, 5000, and 10000 Cain. Ceremonial banknotes can be created with any of the preset denominations and put into circulation.
The rollout of these banknotes began in December 2023. They still carry the Federative Republic of Catonya name to this day.
